THPT has some annual events that it completes to encourage clients in their goals and to raise money for worthy causes – a firm favourite is the ridiculously cold Santa Run – if I can brave it you can too!

First, we'll talk about what you want and how we can work together to make it happen. We'll assess your health and fitness profile, past and present, and create your bespoke fitness strategy including targeted training plans, natural dietary recommendation and lifestyle suggestions.

There is no set schedule: we take into consideration the realities of your day-to-day life, from the best times and ways for you to train, food diaries and more.

THPT approaches your wellbeing, health and fitness in a way which helps you take responsibility to achieve and inspire you to be the very best version of yourself.

You can train in the privacy of your own home, London parks on nice days, or in some cases at a private gym - it's up to you.

And naturally, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a confidential service based on discretion.
